| Will FUN reign, or will SNARLS blow in? |
Time to see as I may be ducking into "the woods"
for 2-3 days in the middle of the week to get my
camper battery recharged, refrigerator defrosted,
carpet shampooed, and myriad other duties that
can only be done well when plugged into house
power. Will be sitting still probably without
wifi so this site's users will be faced with the
small task of keeping sanity in here -- a good
lesson in democracy and cooperation perhaps. I
know you can do it. And I will try to sort
things out when I return. Good luck, have fun,
and I will catch y'all along the trail again
whenever. ***** Now, unless someone has beaten

| WINNERS |
Generally, the race goes to the swift. But there
can have been no contest without us also-rans.
Speaking for us -- thank you, winners, for
providing a venue for our opportunity to
compete. And, thanks for tolerating our
efforts. Hopefully we have helped to make your
day a grand one just as you have helped make
ours. We never have losers in our midst, and we
wish the same for your winners' circle.

| Walk in the other guy's shoes for a minute |
Attention, Sandboxers!!! Enough of the crying
from anyone and everyone. Imagine what it takes
to try to run this "contest" with limited time
and resource (and maybe even a few aches and
pains) and be as timely as you wish. You can all
help here rather than complain. How? *****
READ what has happened above you before you
blunder in. Maybe even more than one message
above, eh? Imagine that I get to read EVERY one
of them and try to be fair as I evaluate how best
to accommodate each person's errors (and grammar)
for the benefit of all playing. Think that comes
easy? Go back a bit and try to find a FAIRER way
to resolve the huge traffic jam of yesterday.
When you do come forward, please do it with a
SUGGESTION, not some snippity stuff. After all,
you don't pay to PLAY here even if I do WORK HARD
to make it happen. ***** When you DO find an
error above your spot for your next entry, then
try to get the person with the error to correct
it. If that doesn't happen quickly enough, then
you can run right over them by reposting a
correct entry in their place while apologizing to
them for doing so. Sounds like a plan to get
YOUR skin into the game and keep some of mine on
my nose.
***** Jess has done a good job trying to
improve. I would suggest she continue to GO SLOW
and READ, READ, READ carefully before posting.
Deal, Jes? Thanks. ***** Fran has tried to
work
within the rules and keep others honest. Too bad
her best work had to be lost because of others
NOT following rules, not just because I am a
meany. Come back with more and better, Fran.
Deal? Thanks. ***** Doug needs to tone down
his
rhetoric that bombards my efforts at every
opportunity, or he will be asked to step aside.
There is simply no justification for berating my
honest efforts to give everyone a fun
playground. Get with the plan, or get out!
***** Now I only hope each of you has actually
taken the time to READ this new posting for your
happy weekend fun, and that it helps make the
play just that -- PLAY!!! Make yours a great
weekend, and I will get back when I can find some
time and resource.

... to know where things stand. I am just
hanging a "new sheet" out here for the next grand
efforts of all. Truly nice to see so many having
so much fun. Still hope to join you at itone day
soon. And, Jess, get in the swing, Gal, and quit
confusing us all. HA HA HA

| Happy Wednesday, Sandboxers |
My wifi time is limited to a brief spurt each
morning so I have been unable to compete with the
rest of you --sorry. And, I have felt it unfair
if I posted an entry immediately after resetting
things when "errors" have happened. Will do my
best to get up here and play my own game when I
can make facilities and time available. Thanks
so much for your continued patience, and
especially for having fun while I am away.
